Overview

The Documentation page (this is different from the help site you're reading now) is a built-in wiki for your team: procedures, network notes, vendor info, how-tos - anything worth writing down once.

Features

• Categories and sub-categories keep pages organized (managed under Admin > Documentation Categories), with drag-and-drop to move documents between them.
• Customer linking - attach docs to specific customers so site notes surface where you need them.
• Pinning - keep your most-used pages at the top.
• Sensitive content blackout - hide sensitive strings from shoulder-surfers until clicked.
• Syncro wiki import - coming from Syncro? Import your wiki pages in bulk from the App Center's Syncro integration.

Permissions

Access is role-controlled with separate view and edit documentation permissions, so technicians can read runbooks without being able to rewrite them.
