Overview

The App Center is where RAD Repairs connects to the outside world. Each integration has its own page with setup, status, and settings. Access to the App Center is role-controlled.

Payments

• Stripe Payments - card and ACH payments, saved cards, portal checkout, and magic-link invoice payments.
• Cash App, Venmo, Zelle - person-to-person payment options with QR codes on your payment screens.

Messaging

• Twilio SMS - optional: two-way texting is built in on the platform's shared number; connect your own Twilio account to text from your own custom phone number.

Remote Access & Backup

• RustDesk Remote - bring your own RustDesk server for one-click remote desktop.
• ScreenConnect - bring your own ConnectWise ScreenConnect instance.
• Comet Backup - opt-in cloud backup powered by your own Comet server.

PSA / Import & Sync

• Syncro MSP - import your data and keep records syncing.
• RepairDesk - import customers, tickets, and invoices.

Accounting

• QuickBooks Online - push customers, invoices, and payments to QuickBooks automatically as they're created, or all at once on demand.
• Xero - the same sync for Xero, with configurable sales and payment account codes.

Shop Tools

• Maintenance Plans - your managed-service tiers, pricing, and automation.
• AutoPrinter - automatic, location-aware document printing.
