ScreenConnect

Bring your own ConnectWise ScreenConnect (Control) instance - cloud or self-hosted.

Setup

1. In App Center > ScreenConnect, enter your instance URL (e.g. https://yourcompany.screenconnect.com - self-hosted instances with custom ports work too).
2. Self-hosted instances only: if deployments report "Must specify relay host" or "Must specify encryption key", copy the installer URL from your instance's Host page > Build Installer and paste the whole thing into the Relay Address field - the relay host, port, and encryption key are extracted automatically.
3. If your access session group isn't named "All Machines", set your group's name in the Session Group field.

Deploy & Connect

• Click Install ScreenConnect on an asset's page - the RMM deploys the access agent silently, preconfigured for your instance and organized by customer name.
• Once installed, the button becomes ScreenConnect and joins that machine's session directly - your Host page opens and auto-launches the connection.
• Uninstalled out-of-band? The button resets automatically after the next hourly inventory sync.
