Syncro MSP

Import everything from Syncro - and keep records flowing while you transition.

Import

Bring over customers, tickets (with comments), invoices, payments, products, users, and wiki pages. Imports support re-running with update-existing, pause/cancel, and dependency ordering so records link up correctly. Imported technicians get a guided first-login setup.

Ongoing Sync

With auto-sync enabled, customers, tickets, estimates, and invoices created in RAD Repairs sync to Syncro - useful while running both systems during a transition. Payments sync too, and a retry queue keeps transient failures from dropping records.

Setup

1. Enter your Syncro subdomain in App Center > Syncro MSP.
2. Generate a Syncro API token with permissions for Customers, Tickets, Estimates, Invoices, Contacts, and Users.
3. Run imports in the suggested order, then enable auto-sync per entity type if you want it.
