The Documentation Categories panel allows you to organize your knowledge base
Overview
The Documentation Categories settings page allows you to create and manage categories for your internal knowledge base. Key features include:
- Category Hierarchy - Create parent and child categories for organized documentation
- Category Icons - Assign icons to categories for visual identification
- Sort Order - Control the display order of categories
- Access Control - Set visibility permissions for different user roles
- Article Counts - View how many articles exist in each category
