The Maintenance Plans settings page allows you to create standardized service plan templates for managed services. Key features include:
- Plan Templates - Create reusable maintenance plan templates with defined services
- Service Tiers - Define Bronze, Silver, Gold, or custom tier levels
- Pricing Options - Set monthly, quarterly, or annual pricing
- Included Services - Define what RMM and monitoring services are included in each plan
- SLA Terms - Configure response time and service level agreements
