The RustDesk Remote Access settings page allows you to integrate your self-hosted RustDesk server with RAD Repairs. Key features include:
- Server Configuration - Connect to your self-hosted RustDesk relay and ID servers
- One-Click Access - Launch remote sessions directly from asset or ticket pages
- Session Logging - Track remote access sessions for audit purposes
- Permission Controls - Define which users can initiate remote sessions
- Custom Branding - Use your branded RustDesk client deployment
